About The Position
Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Test Automation Engineering Manager in Irving, TX. The role involves driving quality testing solutions by planning and constructing test scripts through the use of quality processes and methodologies for Accenture or its clients. The manager will develop end-to-end testing strategies, define and track test metrics, and execute testing efforts by delivering application and component releases. Responsibilities also include coordinating regression testing, test automation, performance testing, functionality, and usability testing, as well as determining time estimates and schedules for testing efforts. The manager will define test plans and entry/exit criteria, develop and maintain quality testing standards and procedures, and lead other testers on the team. Additionally, the role requires creating test models, optimizing processes, allocating test resources, and making decisions that impact the team while adhering to strategic direction set by senior management.
