Candidates within 25 miles of a DXC office are expected to be on-site two days per week. Role Overview: The PeopleSoft Test Lead manages end-to-end testing activities across PeopleSoft HCM and ERP implementations, ensuring quality and readiness for deployment.
Requirements
- DOD Secret Clearance and U.S. Citizenship.
- 5+ years of enterprise system testing experience
- Strong knowledge of ERP and HCM testing methodologies
- Experience working with diverse stakeholder groups
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must have or be able to obtain an Active Secret Clearance.
Responsibilities
- Lead functional, integration, regression, UAT, and release testing
- Coordinate testing efforts with business, technical, and project teams
- Define testing metrics and ensure quality standards are met
- Manage UAT teams and validate deliverables against client requirements
