About The Position

Key Responsibilities Develop, review, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional and technical requirements. Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing. Identify, analyze, and document defects using bug-tracking tools. Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to clarify requirements and resolve defects. Participate in test automation initiatives, including writing and maintaining automated test scripts (if applicable). Ensure test coverage, consistency, and alignment with project timelines. Provide clear and concise test results and reports to the project team. Contribute to continuous process improvements for testing practices and methodologies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Experience in software testing, QA processes, or similar roles (fresh grads with relevant training may be considered). Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies. Familiarity with test management and defect-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail). Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
