Key Responsibilities: As a Test Automation, you will be responsible for leading the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy, and integrity. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Drive innovative testing strategies that enhance overall quality and efficiency. Mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Analyze testing metrics to identify areas for enhancement and implement best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality objectives and deliverables. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to integrate into testing processes. Advanced proficiency in Selenium Automation and playwright is required. Advanced proficiency in Oracle SQL is recommended. Advanced proficiency in Data Warehouse ETL Testing, java script and Python is suggested. Role requires 60% onsite client work in Plano TX or Jersey City NJ and requires 5 days away per quarter as mandated by the client
Requirements
- 10+ years of work experience
- 5+ years Software Test Engineering Quality Engineering
- 5+ years hands on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright
- 5+ years hands on experience with SQL Testing
- High School Diploma or GED
- Advanced proficiency in Selenium Automation and playwright is required.
- Role requires 60% onsite client work in Plano TX or Jersey City NJ and requires 5 days away per quarter as mandated by the client

- Good Communication and Leadership skillset
- Experience in Litmus
- Banking Finance domain knowledge and experience will be considered a strong advantage
- Advanced proficiency in Oracle SQL is recommended.
- Advanced proficiency in Data Warehouse ETL Testing, java script and Python is suggested.
