About The Position

Architect and implement AI-powered test frameworks using Python/Playwright, focusing on self-healing locators and autonomous perception of app state changes. Design and validate multi-agent automation systems using Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to connect LLMs (e.g., Claude, GPT) to internal repositories, databases, and CI/CD tools. Implement LLM-based agents to automatically generate Playwright automation scripts from user stories and requirements. Build and maintain automated testing suites that leverage AI to identify schema or UI changes and dynamically update test logic without manual intervention. Develop generative data agents to produce production-like synthetic data for edge-case validation at scale. Integrate agentic workflows into CI/CD pipelines (GitLab/GitHub Actions) Mentor junior engineers on AI test techniques, prompt engineering for QA, and best practices in agentic automation.
