As Test and Evaluation Operations Manager, you will provide vital services in support of the TSA's mission of protecting the nation's air, rail, transit, and highway transportation systems to ensure freedom of movement for people and commerce. This partnership enables the TSA to continue serving approximately 1.9 million passengers every day at mass transit stations and airports nationwide. This position requires being on-site, either at TSA's HQ in Springfield, VA, or another location within the National Capital Region (NCR) (e.g., Annapolis Junction, MD).

  • Serve as a senior advisor to customer's executive management team in a variety of capacities.
  • Provide expert guidance and support for the client's mission by designing and implementing Division-wide strategic initiatives.
  • Create and deliver briefings, analyses, white papers, point papers, oral assessments, action items, and reports related to Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Call Order actions.
  • Prepare, monitor, and distribute weekly and monthly status reports that highlight key testing performance metrics aligned with the client's division, budget, and program objectives.
  • Maintain and update branch-specific test schedules, integrating them into a comprehensive Integrated Master Testing Schedule to ensure alignment between test costs, timelines, and performance data.
  • Incorporate testing inputs into the acquisition office's Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), track delays, and identify responsible parties at the enterprise level to ensure visibility and transparency throughout the testing process and system lifecycle, enabling timely corrective actions.
  • Manage Executive Dashboards and supporting databases to track critical priorities, action items, financials, and schedules, informing division and program decisions while improving operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain executive-level trackers to monitor functional performance metrics, including project budgets, timelines, and performance requirements, facilitating effective resource allocation.
  • Ability to attain DHS EOD (Entry on Duty)
  • Bachelor's degree
