Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for an Engineering Manager 3 to be the Department Manager (DM) for the Program Support Department and assist the Test Resources Center Director with management of the organization. This leadership role is located on-site in Palmdale, CA. The Test and Evaluation (T&E) Program Support Department is responsible for test and evaluation personnel, processes, and tools for the training, project management, staffing, Model Based Test and Evaluation (MBT&E), and Flight and Ground Operations Standardization Team (FGOST) sections. This DM role leads a team of approximately 100 Test Engineers, Project Managers, and other administrative personnel.
