About The Position

The Testing Consultancy (TTC) is a global specialist software testing company with a focus on helping organizations transform the way they deliver quality software. We partner with clients across industries to improve speed, quality, and efficiency while reducing risk and cost. We are seeking a Test Analyst with strong domain knowledge in process manufacturing and hands-on experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). The successful candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into detailed test cases, executing test cycles, and ensuring the highest level of quality assurance. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as this role requires close interaction with both business and technical stakeholders. This position also requires some travel.

Requirements

• Knowledge of process manufacturing concepts and best practices.
• Experience working on at least one project in the manufacturing domain.
• Hands-on experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Ability to convert user stories, functional documents, and process flow diagrams into test cases.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies (manual and automated).
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
• Highly motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with test management tools (qTest, ALM, or similar) is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user stories, functional specifications, and process flow diagrams to develop comprehensive test cases.
• Execute manual and automated test cases to validate business requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are fully understood and test coverage is complete.
• Document, track, and retest defects through resolution.
• Apply knowledge of process manufacturing and MES to ensure accurate validation of workflows and systems.
• Contribute to test strategy, test planning, and reporting activities.
• Ensure testing activities are aligned with quality assurance methodologies and project timelines.
