About The Position

Capgemini is seeking a Functional/POS Tester with extensive experience in Agile Functional testing and POS Testing, preferably in the retail domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation and database testing, particularly with Tera data, SQL Server, or Oracle. Excellent communication and collaborative skills are essential for this role, as the candidate will be working closely with various teams to ensure quality assurance in the testing process.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Agile Functional testing
• Proven experience in POS Testing
• Experience in database testing (Tera data, SQL Server, Oracle)
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience in automation testing
• Familiarity with Selenium or Eggplant testing tools

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional testing for POS systems
• Perform automation testing as needed
• Execute database testing using Tera data, SQL Server, or Oracle
• Collaborate with Agile teams to ensure quality standards are met
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Participate in test management activities
