The Test Examiner is responsible for providing testing and testing services to customers after successfully completing new test administrator training and certification. This role involves ensuring the daily delivery of testing exams, demonstrating good customer service, and maintaining a comfortable testing environment with user-friendly testing equipment. The Test Examiner will admit examinees, verify their identification, and explain exam procedures while monitoring for possible cheating and disruptive behavior. Additionally, the position requires maintaining a secure testing environment, communicating with internal departments to address technical issues, adhering to company policies, submitting incident reports, preparing exam materials, and conducting testing under standard conditions or with accommodations for candidates with documented disabilities.
