About The Position

The Test Examiner is responsible for providing testing and testing services to customers after successfully completing new test administrator training and certification. This role involves ensuring the daily delivery of testing exams, demonstrating good customer service, and maintaining a comfortable testing environment with user-friendly testing equipment. The Test Examiner will admit examinees, verify their identification, and explain exam procedures while monitoring for possible cheating and disruptive behavior. Additionally, the position requires maintaining a secure testing environment, communicating with internal departments to address technical issues, adhering to company policies, submitting incident reports, preparing exam materials, and conducting testing under standard conditions or with accommodations for candidates with documented disabilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily delivery of testing exam.
• Demonstrate good customer service and ensure testing environment is comfortable.
• Ensure testing equipment is user-friendly at all times.
• Admit examinees and verify identification.
• Explain exam procedures to examinees.
• Monitor examinees while testing for possible cheating and disruptive behavior.
• Maintain a secure testing environment.
• Communicate with internal departments to investigate, identify and repair technical issues as needed.
• Strictly adhere to company policies using careful judgement.
• Submit incident reports as needed in a timely manner.
• Prepare all appropriate exam materials for use during testing.
• Maintain testing files.
• Conduct testing under standard conditions or with special accommodations for candidates with documented disabilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
