About The Position

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Minimum of 1 year customer service experience is preferred.
  • Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly preferred.
  • Flexibility in work hours and days is necessary.
  • Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is required.
  • Ability to sit for long periods and escort candidates to and from the testing room.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 20 lbs with reasonable accommodation.
  • Comfortable in a quiet testing environment, able to hear soft voices and see details from a distance.

Responsibilities

  • Comply with all testing procedures and adhere to company policies.
  • Check in testing candidates and verify their identification.
  • Explain the exam process to candidates.
  • Proctor and invigilate candidates during testing.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, such as vacuuming and sanitizing keyboards after each exam.
  • Complete other tasks as assigned.
