The Tesla Diner Experience Specialist plays a crucial role within the Charging Operations team, based in Los Angeles, CA. This position is dedicated to ensuring an exceptional customer experience at the Tesla Diner, which is part of Tesla's innovative approach to integrating dining with charging services. The specialist will be responsible for managing various aspects of the diner’s audio/visual experience, content programming, and digital interactions, as well as conducting menu reviews. This role requires collaboration with multiple internal teams, including Design Studio, Merchandise, UI, App, Procurement, and Leadership, as well as external vendors to enhance the overall customer experience. The responsibilities of the Tesla Diner Experience Specialist will evolve over time, reflecting the dynamic nature of the role. The individual will participate in the development and testing of pre-opening programs, ensuring that all aspects of the diner are ready for customer engagement. A significant part of the job involves managing the drive-in movie schedule, coordinating content changes, and addressing any audio-visual disruptions that may occur. The specialist will also maintain the accuracy of information relayed through the digital experience, acting as a point of escalation for issues related to UI, App, and web information. In addition to these responsibilities, the specialist will work closely with the restaurant operator to implement menu changes and collaborate with the Tesla Merchandise team on inventory planning. Analyzing customer feedback and developing processes for both short and long-term improvements in customer experience will also be key components of the role. The Tesla Diner Experience Specialist will provide coverage support for the Location Manager, who oversees facility management and asset performance, ensuring that the diner operates smoothly and efficiently.
