About The Position

The Seasonal Tesla Advisor position is designed for individuals who are passionate about sustainable energy and possess strong customer service skills. This role involves collaborating with the Sales & Delivery team to ensure exceptional delivery results, particularly at the end of the quarter. The position is full-time, at-will, and expected to last approximately 5 months, providing a unique opportunity to contribute to Tesla's mission while showcasing personal skills and talents.

Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service and/or sales experience with a proven track record to meet and exceed goals
• Passionate about the Tesla Mission and innovations in the personal transportation industry
• Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
• Ability to work evening hours, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment
• Valid driver's license required
• For certain states, a Motor Vehicle Salesperson License may be required

Nice To Haves

• Notary license is preferred, with assistance provided by Tesla if needed

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles and paperwork prior to deliveries
• Facilitate a customer-focused delivery process that educates new owners about our product
• Conduct direct deliveries from Delivery Centers to client homes
• Work in a team-based environment dedicated to a common goal
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs
