Lead, coach, and develop a field sales and clinical team to achieve business targets and long‑term growth. Execute strategic territory and quarterly business plans aligned with organizational goals. Provide comprehensive clinical support, including patient education, device programming, follow‑up, and in‑service training. Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, nurses, hospital leadership, and other healthcare stakeholders. Identify and pursue new business opportunities while strengthening existing accounts. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Business teams to implement effective sales and educational initiatives. Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and healthcare system changes to adjust strategies proactively. Represent the company at clinical meetings, conferences, and training programs. Manage territory operations with integrity, including reporting, inventory stewardship, and compliance with T&E, AdvaMed, and company standards. Maintain deep clinical, technical, and product expertise while staying current on competitive offerings. Utilize CRM and analytics tools such as Salesforce and Tableau to drive business insights and performance.
