We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Territory Sales Representative. This entry-level position is ideal for those looking to grow their careers in medical sales or commercial real estate. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to develop valuable skills while building a successful future. With uncapped commissions, your earning potential is only limited by your ambition. Our sales team is responsible for driving profitable growth by converting leads into satisfied clients within a defined territory. In this role, you will engage with potential clients to understand their unique needs and offer tailored transition services, including practice sales, associate placements, and consulting for practice growth and optimization. You will be expected to achieve sales targets by actively prospecting and generating new potential clients. Additionally, you will create weekly updates on visits, including recaps of conversations, outcomes, and follow-up plans. Participation in company sales meetings, dental conventions, team-building events, and sales training will also be part of your responsibilities. You will take charge of a designated territory, scheduling visits with prospective clients to build strong relationships and drive sales success.
