We’re looking for a Territory Sales Representative to own and expand the Central PA market, working directly with contractors and dealer partners to drive demand for industry‑leading hardscape products. Requirements

  • Experience in hardscape, building materials, construction, or dealer‑based sales
  • Strong relationship‑building and communication skills
  • Comfortable using data, CRM tools, and structured sales processes
  • Organized, self‑motivated, and competitive—in a good way
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the Central PA territory

Responsibilities

  • Grow market share by influencing contractors and supporting dealer partners
  • Execute a structured weekly territory plan using Techo‑Bloc’s Sales Science approach
  • Maintain strong activity and follow‑through
  • Educate contractors on products, installation best practices, and system solutions
  • Drive contractor demand to dealer partners and support dealer success
  • Conduct merchandising audits and keep displays brand‑standard
  • Train dealer staff on products, tools, and selling techniques
  • Identify new business opportunities through research and competitive insights
  • Participate in trade shows, events, lunch & learns, and training sessions
