We are seeking a high-performing Sales Representative to add to our growing team! The Area Sales Representative is responsible for executing within off- and on-premise accounts by growing sales and market share through product distribution, display execution, and promotion. This role will be focused on the retail execution of Endless Orchard Cider brands. The Area Sales Representative will spend approximately 75% of their time in the field. The ideal candidate is passionate, enjoys cider, is positive, and highly motivated!

Requirements

  • Passion for the beverage industry
  • Travel out of state multiple times a year
  • Valid Driver’s License, good driving record and a reliable automobile
  • Comfort with mobile technology and MS suite
  • Ability to handle and maneuver 30lb cases and team lift kegs
  • Ability to occasionally work nights and weekends
  • MUST be 21 years of age

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the Endless Orchard sales plan to grow the Market
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to build & execute Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly Plans to achieve annual market goals
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key retailers
  • Represent Endless Orchard Cider at festivals, dinners, tastings, and events within territory
  • Increase distribution while educating retailers, restaurateurs, and consumers on the Endless Orchard Cider portfolio
  • Develop new business to increase volume/distribution/share within assigned area
  • Identify retail opportunities and sell/execute against those opportunities
  • Ensure proper merchandising of product and point-of-sale materials according to brand standards
  • Be a part of local crew drives
  • Generate sales by maintaining/increasing shelf facings and positioning
  • Coordinate events and promotions to deliver greater brand awareness and stimulate sales
  • Work collaboratively with the team as needed
  • Compile and submit reports on assigned areas and general market information to the management team Monthly.
  • Keep business calendar up to date and scheduled 60 days out
  • Report hours through Dayforce Payroll and HRIS system
