Territory Sales Representative (TSR): Montgomery, NY and surrounding areas. Utz Quality Foods is currently seeking a dynamic, driven and energetic Territory Sales Representative (TSR) to join our growing team in Montgomery, NY! As a TSR, you will report directly to the Zone Sales Manager and play a key role in driving sales growth, increasing market presence, and building lasting relationships with our independent distributors and retail partners. The Territory Sales Representative (TSR) is responsible for achieving maximum sales profitability and market penetration in an assigned area through the development of positive, mutual relationships with a network of independent distributors and Retail Trade. The TSR communicates the company’s sales, service, and merchandising strategies to independent distributors. At all times, the TSR recognizes that independent operators are not subject to the company’s direction and control but rather “partner” with the company to increase sales of product.
