About The Position

This is a Sales position with a strong base salary and Incentive Commission plan. The requirements are to increase unit sales and grow your territory, both on in revenue and profitability. Must live in the heart of the territory, preferably Raleigh NC or Cary NC. Professional Sales position – This is a direct hands on selling position with an opportunity to grow the Lab Water business in a very laboratory enriched territory. Experience selling water purification systems in this market or working through Distributors. In this role as a Territory Sales Representative you will act as a Hunter selling and seeking out brand new opportunities in your area. Technical background in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Medical Tech, or Environmental Engineering. You will develop a solid territory business growth Sales Plan and be able to provide monthly sales updates and overviews in regards to your territory. You will have some FARMER responsibilities as well, actively managing an established customer base and selling new business to that customer base.

Requirements

  • Hunter selling mentality to drive business
  • Technical background in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Medical Tech, or Environmental Engineering.
  • Outside selling experience. Remote position, working out of your home. Mature, with good Networking skills, and well organized.
  • Salesforce (CRM) experience to drive business, leads, and sales records.
  • Develop solid territory business growth Sales Plan and be able to provide monthly sales updates and overviews.
  • The successful candidate will work to meet/exceed sales goal by actively managing an established customer base and selling new business.
  • Travel expectation is 60% depending on territory demands at any specific time. Must be willing and available to travel throughout sales territory as needed to meet with customers which is the entire state of North Carolina. The territory may expand to Washington DC and Maryland in the near future.
  • 3-5 years selling experience with a technical and scientific aptitude and want to be part of a dynamic growing company we have a position for you.
