About The Position

This position is a residential sales role that requires door-to-door sales, specifically targeting customers in the San Diego area. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will channel your energy and entrepreneurial spirit into creating extraordinary sales experiences, helping customers navigate through our innovative products and services. This consultative sales position involves selling Cox's data, video, home security, voice, and mobile services to residential customers while managing your assigned territory. You will be responsible for generating new leads, sales, and upgrades, which includes mastering sales prospecting, referrals, partner relationships, and networking through door-to-door canvassing. In this role, you will create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations, assess residential customers' needs, and close sales. You will also engage with homeowner associations, multi-dwelling unit managers, and leasing agents to generate sales opportunities. Additionally, you will assist in training new hires, collaborate with other departments, and partner with leadership to discover new growth strategies. Occasionally, you may need to install or disconnect customer telecommunication services, collect payments, and manage equipment returns. The position requires working non-traditional hours to maximize customer contact opportunities, and maintaining the highest ethical standards while representing the company is essential.
