The position involves calling on assigned and new Professional Customer Accounts, working closely with store managers to achieve consistent professional account sales growth through the sales of company products and professional program offerings. The role requires maintaining a professional image and following company policies to ensure efficient territory operations. The job entails an average of 18 - 22 calls per day, managing accounts, pursuing new accounts, and providing training on various company programs. The TSM position is a full-time commission/base role that may require more than eight hours per day, starting at 7:30 - 7:45 a.m. and returning to the store no sooner than 4:30 p.m. Overnight travel is required as needed.
