Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in a sales role within the construction or related industry; leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of engineering principles and construction processes.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel within territory 50% or more.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Region Director to develop and execute strategic business plans.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering collaboration across departments.
• Drive revenue growth by targeting new business opportunities in the sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Develop proposals, close deals, and manage customer accounts in collaboration with the sales team.
• Partner with engineering and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to foster a high-performance culture.
