About The Position

This isn’t just another sales role. It’s a career-defining opportunity. Construction Sales Talent is partnering with a well-established North American fall-protection solutions provider to identify a high-caliber Territory Sales Manager for their Orlando operation. This role is ideal for a technical, consultative B2B salesperson who thrives in complex environments, enjoys face-to-face selling, and wants to work on projects that directly impact worker safety. If you’re tired of transactional sales, generic products, or chasing low-value deals, this role offers something different. Why this opportunity stands out This is a true consultative sales role, not a remote inside sales position. You’ll be based in the Orlando office, collaborating daily with engineering, estimating, and leadership while spending meaningful time on-site with customers across industrial, manufacturing, and commercial facilities. You’ll sell engineered solutions into environments such as distribution and fulfillment centers with advanced automation, food and beverage manufacturing facilities, aircraft manufacturing and maintenance hangars, industrial manufacturing plants, and transportation and maintenance facilities. Few sales roles offer this level of access, complexity, and real-world impact.
