About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Territory Sales Manager. In this role, you will manage and direct a sales force to achieve sales and profit goals while designing and recommending innovative sales programs. Your efforts will not only impact the sales department but will also be fundamental in ensuring timely project completions and budget adherence. You will compile market data and develop sales leads, maintaining records and preparing reports that inform strategic decisions. Ultimately, you will build long-term relationships that foster growth and success.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of automotive aftermarket-related sales or management experience.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience.
  • Occasional travel required – approximately one week per quarter.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Develop sales in assigned territory through visits to existing and prospective customers.
  • Compile market and customer data to develop sales leads.
  • Maintain territory records and expense accounts.
  • Prepare reports on market conditions, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
  • Provide senior leadership with timely sales reports and departmental budgets.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with customers and strategic business partners.
