Responsibilities

  • Plan, direct, and coordinate activities to support product use within designated accounts
  • Coordinate training activities for all accounts in the territory
  • Collaborate with Clinical Account Managers (CAMs) within each territory
  • Participate in negotiations with key accounts
  • Forecast sales and monitor market conditions affecting growth
  • Oversee some service-related activities
  • Enhance customer relationships and strengthen internal culture
  • Gather competitive marketplace information on pricing and sales strategies
  • Recommend changes in products, services, and policies based on evaluations
  • Maintain professional knowledge through training and industry engagement
