About The Position

We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager based in the greater NYC metro area or surrounding region. This is a remote, home-based role focused on managing and growing relationships with several of our major distributors.

Requirements

  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively (60%+), including occasional overnight trips.
  • Strong initiative, problem-solving ability, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • 2–3+ years of prior sales experience required.

  • Industry-specific experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth by achieving volume and profit targets within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers through direct, one-on-one engagement.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through field promotion and account development.
  • Present and demonstrate products, offering consultative support on optimal applications.
  • Effectively communicate product features and benefits using persuasive sales techniques.
  • Analyze historical and current sales data, trends, costs, and revenue to inform strategy and reporting.
  • Provide insights and updates to management on account performance and market dynamics.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
  • Support customer accounts with pricing, warranty claims, receivables, and service-related matters.

Benefits

  • A reasonable estimate of the current range is $75,000- $125,000 + bonus + benefits.
