About The Position

Uline is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to develop and expand its market in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. This role involves helping businesses across various industries find quality products with efficient service. As a "CEO" of your territory, you will identify growth opportunities, build relationships with existing customers through on-site visits, and prospect for new business. The position includes 4 weeks of Uline-specific sales training, a 12-week mentorship program, and continuous career development. You will be part of the Kenosha, WI sales team, attending weekly meetings at the office. Uline is a family-owned company and North America's leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, with over 9,800 employees across 14 locations and 17 sales offices. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent written / verbal communication, problem-solving and presentation skills
  • Valid driver’s license and great driving record

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years previous sales experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing accounts as well as prospect for new business
  • Spend Monday planning and scheduling, on-site visits with customers Tuesday - Friday
  • Create effective solutions for customers using Uline's 43,000 high quality products
