About The Position

Under the direct supervision of the General Manager of Operations, the Territory Sales Manager will lead new business development efforts within the Denver market. This position will require a driven and self-motivated team member to focus 100% on new business acquisition through outbound sales strategies. The ideal candidate thrives in the field, operates independently, and brings a hunter mindset to identifying, pursuing, and securing long-term partnerships. The role involves regular in-person visits, strategic sales planning, and close collaboration with internal teams to ensure successful handoff and customer onboarding.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience with a proven track record of new business acquisition
  • Strong prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time within the territory

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in service-based or institutional sales is a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Drive outside sales efforts by identifying, targeting, and securing new business opportunities within an assigned territory
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to consistently generate new leads, conduct sales calls, and close contracts with decision-makers
  • Conduct in-person site visits, deliver tailored proposals, and negotiate contracts to meet specific client needs
  • Clearly communicate service offerings, pricing models, and compliance requirements to prospects
  • Maintain detailed records of all outreaches, pipeline activity, and customer interactions using CRM tools
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless onboarding and customer handoff post-sale
  • Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity and revenue targets related to new account acquisition
  • Participate in special projects and other assignments as required
  • Other duties as assigned
