About The Position

Join Barrel One Collective as a Territory Sales Manager and help grow one of the most dynamic craft beverage portfolios in the industry. This role blends strategic sales leadership, account management, and brand building across your assigned territory, working closely with distributors, retail partners, and hospitality accounts to expand market presence and drive growth. What You'll Do Lead regional sales strategy and market expansion initiatives Manage key distributor and retail relationships Grow distribution, visibility, and brand awareness across on- and off-premise accounts Conduct regular market visits (20–25 accounts weekly) Analyze sales data, manage inventory alignment, and ensure strong retail execution Execute tastings, promotions, festivals, and brand events Train accounts, distributor partners, and new sales team members Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve market goals What We're Looking For Experience in craft beer, beverage, or alcohol sales preferred Knowledge of the three-tier distribution system and alcohol regulations Strong relationship-building and communication skills Ability to travel regularly with a valid driver's license Passion for craft beer, hospitality, and brand storytelling Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications Why Barrel One Collective? Requirements
