About The Position

We are seeking a talented Territory Sales Manager to join our Corporate Markets Division at Fossil Group. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance across your assigned territory, managing and developing a team of Territory Account Managers, and strengthening relationships with key customers and partners within the incentive merchandise channel. The ideal candidate is a strategic sales leader with strong analytical skills, a passion for product, and a proven ability to build high-performing teams and long-term customer partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of sales and/or account management experience, with demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Prior experience leading or managing sales teams.
  • Strong analytical and retail math skills, with experience building and executing sales plans.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain partnerships with accounts and/or vendors.
  • Experience with assortment planning, forecasting, and trade show management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to travel approximately 40%.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of Territory Account Managers to achieve sales goals and drive overall territory performance.
  • Own territory sales strategy, including forecasting, assortment planning, budgeting, and execution of sales plans.
  • Manage key customer relationships while overseeing onboarding and development of new accounts.
  • Monitor inventory turnover, margins, ship dates, co-op spend, and cost controls to ensure profitability.
  • Plan, coordinate, and represent the brand at industry trade shows and customer presentations.
  • Facilitate weekly sales meetings to align on goals, performance, and individual development plans.
  • Partner cross-functionally with distributor sales reps, customer service, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Present insights, opportunities, and improvement ideas to senior leadership to drive efficiency and growth.
