About The Position

This position is a strategic partner to existing new RV dealers throughout the Southeast region of the US. The position is responsible for closing new business and cultivating long-term, profitable partnerships based on mutual growth and trust through regular dealer visits, store sets and maintenance, training events and dealer open houses.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in sales, account management, and territory management.
  • Proven track record of acquiring, growing, and managing high-value RV dealer accounts.
  • Experience implementing complex sales strategy and program development.
  • Ability to travel regularly to dealer locations, corporate offices, and industry events.

  • Experience in the RV aftermarket.

  • Strong understanding of merchandising, category management, and in-store retail execution.
  • Ability to successfully sell broad range of product categories

Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Proactively sell the full suite of Airxcel products to new and existing RV dealerships across the five-state territory.
  • Merchandising & Store Sets: Ensure Airxcel products are positioned for success in RV dealer stores.
  • Dealer Training: Conduct regular sales and technical training with dealer persnnel to ensure they can confidently sell Airxcel’s value propositions to consumers.
  • Incentive Management: Launch and manage dealer incentive programs and promotions to drive seasonal volume and brand loyalty.
  • Event Support: Represent Airxcel at dealer open house events and trade shows.
  • Market Intelligence: Keep pulse on competitor activity and territory trends to provide actionable feedback to executive leadership team.
  • Product Management: Work with Product Development and Engineering departments across Airxcel to create new products and improve existing products.
