Power Distributors, LLC seeks a dynamic and results-driven sales professional to join our team as a Territory Sales and Service Manager. This position is crucial for driving sales of our products and services to independent lawn and garden dealers, rental accounts, industrial, hardware, and retail accounts across a multi-county area that includes Eastern Minnesota, Western Wisconsin, and Northeast Iowa. The role will be based in the Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN area, providing an exciting opportunity to engage with a diverse customer base and make a significant impact on our sales growth. As a Territory Sales and Service Manager, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing sales leads, closing sales within your designated territory, and ensuring the maintenance and growth of our valued current customers. Your day-to-day activities will involve researching markets, identifying primary decision-makers, and delivering compelling sales presentations to both current and prospective customers. You will be expected to meet sales goals that are measured on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, and you will participate in regular meetings with your Regional Manager and other sales and marketing personnel to review your progress and discuss new initiatives and sales campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, particularly in the lawn and garden industry, and will have the mechanical knowledge necessary to effectively demonstrate outdoor power equipment. You will be expected to manage your time efficiently, maintain a clean driving record, and navigate your vehicle safely within your assigned territory. This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in using Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and CRM software such as SalesLogix.
