The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for consistently exceeding agreed upon new business production, direct written premium, and loss ratio goals, and other KPIs on an annual basis by effectively managing the agents of an assigned market to increase company market share by driving profitable growth. This position is key company liaison within assigned market to both independent agencies and industry associations and must be field facing 4 days per week, driving key business initiatives.
