About The Position

The Territory Sales Manager – Sleep is responsible for driving growth of Cadwell’s Sleep Diagnostic portfolio (PSG and HSAT) across a large, multi-state region. This role requires a strategic, organized sales professional who excels in conducting high-impact product demonstrations, developing territory-specific business plans, and managing complex travel schedules efficiently. The ideal candidate brings a consultative sales approach and a deep understanding of sleep diagnostics to support customers and drive revenue.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional sales experience, preferably in medical devices or healthcare technology, with a strong preference for experience in Sleep Diagnostics.
  • Clinical sleep experience or equivalent knowledge of PSG and HSAT workflows strongly preferred.
  • Proven success in territory management across large, multi-state geographies.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver compelling in-person product demonstrations.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage travel across a broad region while maintaining consistent customer engagement.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, especially in clinical or technical settings.
  • Ability to assess customer needs and provide consultative solutions.
  • Relationship-driven with a commitment to long-term account growth.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Windows OS in networked environments is preferred.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • This is a field-based role requiring approximately 80% travel throughout the assigned territory.
  • Must live within reasonable distance of a major airport to support regional travel.
  • Requires valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed sales goals for assigned Sleep Diagnostic product lines.
  • Conduct frequent in-person product demonstrations for prospective clients, including clinicians, technologists, and purchasing stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute territory business plans, identifying target accounts and prioritizing travel schedules to maximize face-to-face engagements.
  • Maintain a disciplined approach to territory organization, account coverage, and follow-up to ensure consistent activity across all 12 states.
  • Collaborate in team-selling efforts with Sales Specialists and other Cadwell divisions to penetrate hospital systems, IDNs, and key opinion leader (KOL) accounts.
  • Accurately manage leads and opportunities using CRM tools; maintain clear and timely sales reporting.
  • Attend sleep-related trade shows, courses, and regional conventions as approved.
  • Provide ongoing customer support and act as a liaison between clients and internal Cadwell teams to address issues and implement feedback.
  • Relay customer needs and insights to marketing and product development teams to drive innovation.
  • Stay current and confident in the technical performance and competitive positioning of Cadwell’s Sleep Diagnostic solutions.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.
