About The Position

We are looking for a talented Territory Sales – Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Sales in Henderson, CO. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Drive revenue growth by converting inbound inquiries into sales, proactively developing new opportunities, and executing effective cross‑sell and up‑sell strategies. Expand the customer base through disciplined lead generation, cold calling, and targeted outreach that creates meaningful sales pipeline opportunities. Strengthen customer loyalty by delivering a seamless, customer‑centric sales experience from lead to close using the Cummins Sales Process. Support sales cycle efficiency by generating qualified leads, managing RFPs/quotations, and assisting sales representatives in negotiations aligned with company guidelines. Enhance operational accuracy by maintaining up‑to‑date customer records, managing account setups, and ensuring data integrity within CRM and sales systems. Resolve customer issues quickly by troubleshooting transaction challenges, addressing concerns, and escalating receivables or complex issues when needed. Improve forecasting and business planning by maintaining accurate sales entries, forecasts, and performance tracking using established tools and processes. Increase customer value and long‑term business growth by identifying opportunities to improve processes, strengthen internal coordination, and align inventory, service, and delivery with customer expectations.
