Requirements

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or similar.
  • At least one year of experience in the heavy vehicle automotive sector and parts.
  • Intermediate/advanced English proficiency.
  • Required driver's license.

Nice To Haves

  • Power BI experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Developing opportunities to increase sales by identifying, researching, and contacting potential customers.
  • Developing and executing account plans for key potential clients and making agreed personal sales calls.
  • Establishing positive relationships with customers to identify their needs, business model, and purchasing process.
  • Using understanding of customer needs and priorities to identify and offer Cummins solutions.
  • Achieving agreement on the differential advantage of Cummins solutions by helping the customer understand and evaluate existing data and information, and the value proposition.
  • Conducting negotiations in accordance with company guidelines, including payment terms.
  • Assisting with the collection of accounts receivable and maintaining an acceptable level of overdue accounts.
  • Collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve overdue payments.
  • Driving sales, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining and strengthening customer relationships to generate future sales and business loyalty.
  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Consistently utilizing the Cummins sales process, tools, processes, and initiatives that support sales, customer satisfaction, and customer value.
  • Reporting activity through the customer relationship management tool as directed by management.
  • Maintaining sales forecasts and tracking progress and accuracy against the forecast.
  • Working with internal stakeholders and customers to balance inventory, service, and delivery capabilities with customer expectations.
