Position Summary You will build trusted, professional relationships with healthcare partners across Nalgonda. You will share clear, science-based information to support better patient care. You will design and deliver a territory plan using customer insight and local needs. You will partner with colleagues across commercial, medical and access teams to solve local challenges. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales, medical business, or territory management experience.
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Telugu or other local languages used in Nalgonda.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Right to work in India.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical field roles.
  • Comfortable discussing clinical evidence and explaining scientific concepts to healthcare professionals.
  • Strong planning, organisation and time management skills.
  • Ability to use customer insight and basic data to guide activity and priorities.
  • Fluency in Telugu and additional regional languages used locally.
  • High motivation to learn, adapt and take on increasing responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists and other local healthcare partners across the territory.
  • Create and execute a territory business plan informed by customer insight and local needs.
  • Share clear, accurate and science-based information to support healthcare professionals’ decision-making.
  • Record activity, outcomes and customer feedback accurately using company systems.
  • Work with cross-functional colleagues to resolve customer needs and improve patient access.
  • Keep learning about clinical evidence, local market trends and practical ways to improve performance.
