Ecolab's Institutional team is seeking a Territory Sales and Service Representative to join their team in the Bridgewater, NJ market. This role is crucial for enhancing customer success in sectors such as hospitality, foodservice, long-term care, commercial, education, and government. The representative will manage an assigned territory, providing service for laundry and dish machines, dispensing equipment, and systems, while also selling new solutions to help customers achieve a cleaner, safer, and healthier environment. The position is field-based, requiring travel within the Bridgewater, NJ area and surrounding locations. It includes a comprehensive 12-week paid training program, with 2 weeks at Ecolab Corporate Headquarters in Eagan, Minnesota, and the remaining weeks as in-field training. After training, the representative will manage, service, and sell to established customers including restaurants, hotels, schools, and long-term care facilities.
