About The Position

Bay Towel, Inc. has an immediate opening for a dedicated team member to join the Bay Towel Family out of our Green Bay location as a Territory Route Representative who has strong people and relationship building skills. The responsibilities would include, but are not limited to the following: Operate a Bay Towel straight truck on an established route to service and support our existing customer base. Manage and grow customer accounts by supporting and communicating additional products and services. Deliver and pick up rental goods in the areas of healthcare, food and beverage, and other manufacturing industries. Build strong relationships with key decision makers, ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns. Monitor and maintain all merchandise inventory levels by performing routine inventory counts. Visit all key contacts on a weekly basis and take extraordinary measures to see business owners and any other individuals who may be involved in agreement negotiations on a quarterly basis. Some negotiating of service agreement renewals. Effectively handle all routine customer service requests and concerns. May need to do some accounts receivable (A/R) collection depending on the customer to keep customer balances current. Conduct day-to-day tasks professionally, safely and comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Display knowledge of all Bay Towel products and services and conduct oneself in adherence to all applicable Bay Towel policies and procedures. Collaborate within the Bay Towel Family daily to work together to make every day better. All other duties as assigned. Physical Demands: This job is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position. Pushing and pulling up to 1,000 lb poly carts. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time, non-exempt 40 hours a week position working either Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday four (4) 10 hour days.

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED
Valid Wisconsin Driver's License
Clean driving record
WI DOT Physical
Ability to demonstrate a strong customer service orientation to provide the Bay Towel Experience.
Self-motivation and the drive to work in an environment that relies on teamwork to meet goals.
A positive attitude, along with ambition, organization and motivation.
