About The Position

The Territory Representative will manage the Dallas territory, reporting to the Regional Sales Director, and will be responsible for achieving company goals and sales quotas while providing technical assistance and support to surgeons and clinicians.

Requirements

  • Currently or recently served in a sales position in a high-growth medical device or pharmaceutical organization for a minimum of 3 years.
  • Experience in orthopedics or pain management is desired; spine experience is a plus.
  • Strong relationships with local physician groups, including primary care, pain management, orthopedic, and neurosurgery.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work well with sales management.
  • Results-oriented and customer-focused.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and initiative.
  • History of successfully achieving goals and high performance.
  • Excellent communication skills in both oral and written formats.
  • Knowledge of applicable regulations/standards (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820, EU MDR 2017/745, ISO 14971).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in spine-related medical devices.
  • Familiarity with the iFuse Implant System.

Responsibilities

  • Manage specified territory as determined by senior management.
  • Provide leadership and performance to ensure that company goals are achieved.
  • Identify, target, and train surgeons for performing iFuse cases.
  • Market to clinician groups within the patient referral network to create awareness and support educational activities around SI joint diagnosis and treatment.
  • Meet goals and sales quotas as communicated by the Territory Manager and Sales Management.
  • Provide technical assistance and cover cases in the operating room as needed on a regional basis.
  • Establish rapport and solid working relationships with surgeon customers and employees.
  • Assist Territory Manager and Region in meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Manage travel and entertainment expenses consistent with company policy.
  • Establish and manage referral channel networks.
  • Work closely with sales management to execute and support educational activities within the territory.
  • Provide necessary reporting materials and communicate effectively with the Territory Manager and Sales Management Team.
  • Manage implant shelf life and instrument sets provided.

Benefits

  • Salary range: $55,000-80,000 plus monthly variable pay based on quarterly MBO performance.
  • Supplemental pay: stock.
