Surface Experts is an all-inclusive surface repair service provider. We repair minor damage to surfaces like Floors, Countertops, Bathtubs, Cabinets, Appliances, Furniture, Elevator Panels … Almost Everything! Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is to deliver a positive customer experience and cultivate lasting relationships. We focus on saving our customers time, money, and materials that would otherwise end up in a landfill. Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product, so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Requirements
- Strong rapport skills and persistence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Sales experience is strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Choose your sales route with an average of 15 appointments per day
- Inquire about vacant units, ask to walk units, notate repairs and review with head of maintenance or property manager
- Review sales routes, prepare calls, and perform minimal administrative tasks
