About The Position

Join Lentegrity as a Territory Representative! Lentegrity is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Territory Representative to join our growing team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone passionate about building strong business relationships and eager to learn the fundamentals of territory management within the auto finance industry. As a Territory Representative, you will develop the skills needed to support and grow a network of dealership partners. You’ll serve as their primary point of contact, helping them understand our programs, navigating underwriting requirements, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience. This role requires strong interpersonal communication, a willingness to learn credit principles, and a collaborative mindset.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in current or previous job roles, with a strong willingness to learn about our products, services, and internal processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with dealership personnel and collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Willingness to travel for field visits.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM tools preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred familiarity with internal systems and workflows, particularly in areas such as Sales, Credit, Funding, or Dealer Management.
  • Basic knowledge of credit reports and financial documents is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong, professional relationships with dealership personnel to support long-term business growth.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned dealers, answering questions regarding Lentegrity’s programs, dealer sign-up requirements, and partnership expectations.
  • Collaborate regularly with internal departments such as Sales, Credit, Funding, Dealer Management, and your direct manager to support dealer needs and resolve issues promptly.
  • Understand and communicate Lentegrity’s underwriting guidelines; analyze credit bureau reports and evaluate deals for program fit.
  • Participate in field visits with experienced Territory Managers to gain hands-on experience and insight into territory operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of dealer interactions and report on dealership performance and opportunities.
  • Commit to learning Lentegrity’s systems, processes, and compliance standards to support operational excellence.
