Join us as a Territory Portfolio Manager Your main responsibilities PRIMARY FUNCTION / POSITION OVERVIEW: The Territory Portfolio Manager reports to the Territory Vice President and is responsible for driving portfolio growth (Conversions, Portfolio Protection, Recoveries, Price Adjustments, and Schindler Ahead) while ensuring compliance with sales management policies. Key duties include oversight of sales meetings, proposal volume, hit rates, pricing, customer satisfaction, and closing performance gaps. The Territory Portfolio Manager will also be responsible for all associated Key Performance Indicators defined for Repair sales. This role facilitates Territory and Corporate portfolio growth initiatives and supports recruiting, onboarding, training, sales planning, campaigns, and performance management. This position also fosters strong relationships with customers, consultants, and internal stakeholders. By providing consistent sales management across a territory, the Territory Portfolio Manager improves execution, accountability, forecasting, and alignment with Schindler’s values, strategies, and priorities. This position strengthens sales team development, supports local teams, optimizes resources, and drives measurable results.
