As an SRS Territory Manager (Outside Sales Professional), your primary role is to create sales in the field through direct, face-to-face interactions with both existing and potential customers. You will be responsible for creating an incredible customer experience, forming strong customer relationships, and increasing the number of core customers. Your duties will include prospecting potential customers, actively listening to their needs, problem-solving to meet those needs, and effectively communicating product features and value propositions. You will also strategize sales activities, manage your territory, collaborate with branch and field support teams, and ensure timely responses to customer requests. Additionally, you will complete quarterly business reviews, attend sales meetings, drive adoption of digital solutions, and monitor industry trends.
