About The Position

Join the Signature Retail Services team as a Territory Manager in our Los Angeles, CA Territory! Signature Retail Services (SRS) is seeking a hands-on, experienced Territory Manager to oversee retail operations across the Los Angeles area. In this role, you will lead field teams, build and maintain strong store relationships, and drive operational performance within a defined territory supporting major home improvement retailers including Lowe’s, Home Depot, and Ace Hardware. The Territory Manager plays a key role in ensuring successful in-store execution, strong team performance, and high levels of client satisfaction while working closely with Area Supervisors and Field Service Representatives. This position reports directly to the Regional Manager. About Us: For over 25 years, SRS has been a trusted national partner delivering merchandising, fixture installation, and in-store project support across the hardware, home improvement, and mass merchant sectors. We partner with leading Big-Box retailers to execute store remodels, product resets, fixture builds, and new store openings, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Through experienced field teams and a commitment to service excellence, SRS helps retailers maintain strong in-store presentation, operational consistency, and successful execution across markets nationwide. Compensation: $26.00- $29.00 per hour Employment Type: Full-Time Travel Expectations: This is a remote-based position with expected travel of 25%- 35% within the territory, based on business and operational needs.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
  • 5- 7+ years of experience managing retail operations across a multi-store territory, including scheduling, staffing, performance oversight, and leading field teams within retail, merchandising, or territory management environments.
  • Hold a valid unrestricted driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to conduct periodic in-store visits and support field teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in analyzing reports and operational metrics to evaluate team performance and in-store service execution, utilizing platforms such as Excel, Natural Insight, Salesforce, and Smartsheet.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across a territory.
  • Proven ability to lead and support field teams, including coaching, training, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with store leadership, cross-functional teams including Regional Leadership, Project Managers, Analytics, HR, IT and field staff.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and accountability in all interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and support Area Supervisors and Field Service Representatives (FSRs) across the territory.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure high-quality service execution.
  • Monitor team performance using company reporting tools and workforce management systems.
  • Ensure all field team members follow SRS best practices and operational standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store management teams and retail partners.
  • Conduct regular in-store visits to monitor service quality and provide hands-on team support.
  • Address store concerns service issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Oversee daily operations within the territory to ensure efficient route coverage and staffing.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Directors, Regional Managers, Analysts, Project Managers, HR, and IT.
  • Maintain consistent communication to support operational alignment and client needs.
  • Support the profitability and performance of the territory through effective scheduling and staffing.
  • Oversee route assignments, service completion, and field team productivity.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and team performance.
  • Monitor and review territory reports and operational metrics.
  • Respond to leadership requests for information in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and accountability in all interactions.
  • Foster a culture of trust, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead by example while supporting both employees and client relationships.
