About The Position

IAA, an RB Global, Inc. company is seeking a Territory Manager to join our Outside Sales Team! The Territory Manager is a results-oriented sales professional who drives growth and profitability within the local market. In this dynamic outside sales role, you'll build strong relationships with local businesses and dealerships, helping them turn excess and obsolete inventory into revenue through IAA's auctions. You'll take ownership of your territory—growing accounts, exceeding sales goals, and delivering an exceptional customer experience that keeps clients coming back.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 or more years outside sales experience
  • Proven Track record of performance
  • Strong presentation and building connections skills
  • Time managing skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Professional and clean appearance
  • Ability to work independently or within a team in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the automotive, insurance, or rental car industries is a plus
  • Background in other industries also valued
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • BA/BS degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Monitor market trends from used car sales reports and whole results and communicate findings to Management
  • Responsible for maintaining book of business within Salesforce.
  • Manage projects and marketing materials for sales calls on a weekly basis
  • Attend & participate in local Dealers Association including meetings & functions
  • Exceeding sales goals/targets
  • Carries out additional responsibilities as needed to support business operations.
