Two’s Company is seeking an exceptional, relationship-driven Territory Manager to join our Sales Team in Long Island and the Five Boroughs of New York City, a well-established and thriving region ready for additional growth. As an Outside Sales Representative (Territory Manager), you’ll be the face of Two’s Company brand to independent specialty retailers. You’ll nurture long-term partnerships, drive sales, expand market share, and share your enthusiasm for beautiful products with buyers across your region. This is a full-time, field-based role that involves daily regional travel (Monday through Friday) and overnight trips. The Territory: Long Island and the Five Boroughs of New York City. While the ideal candidate is based in Western Nassau County, we welcome strong applicants from other parts of the region.

Requirements

  • Proven success as a Territory Manager or Sales Representative in the Gift, Home, or Apparel industry.
  • A self-starter attitude with exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, both in-person and virtually.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Excel, video conferencing, and CRM systems.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
  • The ability to carry product samples, climb stairs to non-ground-floor accounts, and spend extended time on the road.
  • A polished, energetic, and professional presence that makes every client interaction memorable

Responsibilities

  • Travel to independent specialty retailers daily Monday through Friday to show and sell our products.
  • Building and growing relationships with independent retailers such as gift shops and fashion boutiques.
  • Managing and expanding an existing customer base.
  • Prospecting and developing new business opportunities.
  • Presenting Two’s Company’s latest lines through in-person visits and virtual meetings.
  • Collaborating with store owners and buyers on creative merchandising and marketing strategies.
  • Delivering an exceptional, customer-centric experience that turns every meeting into a memorable one.
  • Staying ahead of market trends in home décor, gift, and fashion industries.
  • Using technology to manage, analyze and organize your business.
  • Attend at least two major trade shows each year (Dallas or Atlanta), where you’ll connect with retailers, showcase our latest collections, and represent the Two’s Company brand with enthusiasm.
