As a Territory Manager, you’ll team up with a Clinical Diabetes Sales Specialist to bring our innovative insulin pump therapy to patients and providers in your community. You’ll leverage your industry sales experience to meet or exceed sales goals through strategic business planning and customer identification. Your mission: grow the territory, build strong relationships, and help people living with diabetes thrive. This is a field-based role based in the Greater Syracuse, NY region. Territory Managers with Tandem also: Drive business growth by creating and executing smart territory plans. Spot opportunities, open doors, and build lasting partnerships with healthcare professionals (MDs, DOs, RNs, CDEs, RPhs, etc.) to create value. Leverage advanced sales methodologies—including the Challenger Selling Model and Strategic Account Management—along with strong communication and collaboration skills to demonstrate value and accelerate revenue growth. Deliver product education and ongoing support to providers, patients, and clinical educators. Represent Tandem at events, conventions, and community outreach. Keep your territory organized with accurate CRM tracking and timely reporting. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and customer experiences. Ensure work is performed in compliance with company policies including Privacy/HIPAA and other regulatory, legal, and safety requirements.
