About The Position

Join Lentegrity as a Territory Manager! Are you passionate about building strong relationships and driving business growth? Lentegrity is seeking a dynamic Territory Manager to join our Originations team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our brand to auto dealerships, helping them navigate our flexible lending programs while ensuring high-quality credit applications and deal performance. This is a remote position with up to 80% field time, ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, travel, and making meaningful connections.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of auto industry sales experience
• College degree preferred
• Underwriting experience is a plus
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven

Responsibilities

• Drive origination volume, profitability, and loan performance in your territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise and independent auto dealers
• Represent Lentegrity’s values of customer service, dependability, and flexibility
• Train dealers on compliance and program guidelines
• Negotiate loan terms and pricing with dealers
• Collaborate with Credit Managers and the Funding Department to meet goals
• Monitor credit quality and manage risk
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor programs
• Promote team morale and uphold company values
