About The Position

Territory Manager Huntsman is seeking a Territory Manager supporting the HBS Division located in Arlington, Texas. This position will report to the Regional Sales Director. Job Scope The Territory Manager is responsible for driving wall foam sales within an assigned territory, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and executing strategic initiatives related to pricing, competitive positioning, and business development while operating safely and ethically. In summary, as the Territory Manager, you will: Drive wall foam sales to contractors and distributors to achieve annual sales targets. Develop annual business plans outlining the activities needed to exceed quota. Meet regularly with clients to deliver Huntsman’s value proposition and secure specifications. Participate in industry and promotional events. Apply full understanding of pricing strategies and proposal models. Conduct effective business conversations and influence decision-makers at contractor, distributor, and specifier levels. Develop clear business proposals, negotiate, and execute business deals. Provide regular competitive intelligence updates, including pricing and marketing strategy insights. Manage administrative responsibilities efficiently, including timely communication, expense reporting, pricing requests, and performance management tasks. Qualifications You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. The candidate must have an unrestricted right to work for Huntsman in the United States.

Requirements

  • Education required: Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Marketing, a technical field, or equivalent.
  • Experience required: Minimum 2–3+ years of successful experience in a similar sales role, ideally in building materials or related industries.
  • Skills and knowledge Proficient in MS Office and Salesforce.com
  • Strong problem-solving abilities

  • Effective collaboration and time-management skills
  • Sales-oriented mindset with strong analytical thinking
